A collective of care organisations from Leuven and Stadsmakersfonds (together LIVEZ) won the competition to develop a collective housing project on the site of the former primary school De Boomgaard in Kessel-Lo. It’s the ambition of the initiators to create a unique and innovative cross-sector housing project. Inclusive housing and care-resistant residential neighbourhoods are the foundations of the project.
