In the heart of Brussels historic city centre, this project transforms outdated industrial building into a much sought after residential space. Design decisions have contributed to a more sustainable and circular approach: The ground floor pulls in the neighbourhood showing a bike-friendly, green urban patio. We used the existing structures and materials of the building blocks as springboard to create additional floors with a wooden CLT structure.
